Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1/2 cups ingredients for veg meat balls:soaked kidney beans paste


  • 1/2 cups soaked chickpeas paste


  • 1/4 cups finely chopped onions


  • 1/4 cups grated parmesan cheese


  • 1/4 cups finely chopped parsley


  • 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander


  • 1 tsp finely chopped garlic


  • 1 tbsp salt and crushed black pepper as per your taste


  • 1/4 cups all-purpose flour


  • 1/4 cups bread crumbs


  • 1 cups oil for frying


  • 250 gms ingredients for spaghetti : spaghetti


  • 4-5 cups water


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp oil


  • 1 tbsp for sauce:olive oil


  • 3 nos medium size tomatoes finely chopped


  • 1 nos medium size onion finely chopped


  • 1 tbsp finely chopped garlic


  • 1 tsp sugar


  • 2 tbsp tomato ketchup


  • 1 tbsp alt and crushed black pepper as per your taste


  • 1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese as required


  • 1 tbsp parsley and coriander leaves as required

Directions

  • For veg meatballs take a bowl add all veg meatballs ingredients except bread crumbs and make thick mixture.
  • Now make ball from the mixture and coat them with bread crumbs.
  • Heat the oil and fry them till light brown and keep them aside.
  • Now heat a pan with water add salt and oil, and allow it to boil.
  • When water boils add spaghetti and cook for 8-10 minutes.
  • After this, strain the spaghetti and keep it aside.
  • For sauce heat oil in a pan and add chopped onion and garlic and saute for 3-4 minutes.
  • Add chopped tomatoes and saute till it get cooked.
  • Then add parsley, sugar, tomato ketchup, crushed pepper and salt,mix them well and turn off the stove.
  • Add drained spaghetti and toss well in the sauce.
  • To serve, top cooked spaghetti with veg meatballs, and sprinkle some parmesan cheese, finely chopped parsley and coriander.
